By submitting, you acknowledge your text may be reviewed by automated systems (including the OpenAI Moderation API), human reviewers, or both.
Submissions can be approved, hidden, removed, or routed to manual review based on automated signals, user reports, or our own rules. Where applicable law gives you a right to request review of a moderation decision, you may contact us.
Violations may lead to removed content, rate limiting, blocked device identifiers, or other protective measures.
We may reject, remove, discount, or reclassify votes, likes, reports, or submissions if they look fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or manipulated.
Public stats, percentages, and rankings are for information and entertainment. We don’t guarantee they’re real-time, complete, or final.
The site is provided “as is” with no warranties. We may change, suspend, or shut down features at any time.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost opportunities. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections you have under your local consumer law.
The site itself — design, code, branding, ranking systems — belongs to the operator. User submissions belong to their authors. Don’t copy or repurpose the site without permission.
These Terms are governed by applicable EU law, including the GDPR and the Digital Services Act, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
